The Role:
The firm are looking for a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join their heavy hitting team based in Leeds.
Working with an enviable client base that includes household names across retail, sports, technology, and telecoms, you will gain exposure to interesting and varied work that will give you an engaging and rewarding caseload.
The caseload will involve mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and reorganisations, private equity, venture capitals and joint ventures.
The level of exposure you will receive will provide you with a strong platform to develop your technical ability.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor 2+ years PQE
- Able to work collaboratively as a team whilst taking your own initiative
- Be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to progress your career
