Job Title: Internal Communications Officer
Location: FutureLife, Multi site
Hours: 2 days per week, 6 month contract with possibility to extend.
Day rate negotiable

Our team of 1500 specialists across over 38 clinics help individuals and couples to fulfill their dream of becoming parents. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will join us, one day a week initially, to develop a communication plan which engages our specialists across Europe in our growth and transformation journey. We will share wonderful stories and exciting new developments which will help to enhance our patient experience, extend our reach and help more people create families.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility of creating a regular rhythm for communication. This is likely to include a monthly communication plan and require the creation of a group newsletter and creative agendas for group meetings to support and engage colleagues with a group wide transformation and developments in the industry.
Role requirements:
- Establish and maintain internal communications channels by listening to the needs of our colleagues and leaders
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders. In our business this is a diverse group of leaders,
operators and medical professionals
- Create timely, creative content makes that brings the business transformation to life for everyone. For both written and in person communications
- Experience of in an internal communications role within a complex and diverse organisation
- Background delivering internal communications within a change and transformation context
