Responsibilities:
Investments (London or York): Join us our investments specialism and as a graduate there are two distinct roles you can choose from during your application:
Investment Analyst (London): this focuses on the quantitative and qualitative analysis that drives our asset strategy - coming up with new ideas and creating compelling reports that set out where we should be investing and why
Investment Oversight Analyst (York): in this role you'd be supporting in managing the operational risks within our investment function - overseeing and monitoring the investment management firms we appoint and making sure we're doing things the right way.

Skills:
You'll either have a degree, in any subject, or be on track to graduate by the end of Summer 2025
A genuine passion for change, innovation and continual improvement.

A love of learning and the drive to keep developing yourself.
A strong ability to build and develop relationships.
For the Investments roles you'll need to be good with numbers.
