Refugee Resettlement Support officer (Community Cohesion)

Lancashire Refugee Integration Team (LRIT) is seeking a passionate and creative Refugee Resettlement Support officer (Community Cohesion) who will promote successful integration, unity and cohesion in Lancashire by facilitating opportunities which bring together our diverse communities. This varied and exciting role will involve working with a variety of stakeholders including resettlers, community groups,





community and faith leaders, CVFS organisations and local authorities, to identify and respond to issues affecting communities. They will also be involved in facilitating opportunities for diverse groups to come together for conversation or shared projects which emphasise inclusive shared values and help to foster greater community cohesion.

We are particularly keen to receive applications from people who have extensive experience of engaging communities who have historically been or felt socially, economically or politically excluded.
