Project Manager - PFI Lifecycle - NHS - Barnet. £55k - £65k.
Managing a mixture of lifecycle and variations projects at a hospital site in Barnet. You will need to have extensive lifecycle project management experience preferably within a healthcare environment, with a good awareness of PFI.
A knowledge of HTM's and HBN's is also recommended.
Typical projects will include chiller replacement, LED lighting replacement, plant room upgrades, change of use etc.
