iRecruit are looking for an experienced Bid Manager for a permanent position for a Tier 1 Client
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team, specializing in social housing and retrofit work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing bids, excellent communication skills, and ideally have experience in the social housing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids for social housing and retrofit projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop compelling proposals.
* Analyze project specifications, assess risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to understand their needs.
* Monitor and report on bid progress and outcomes, implementing improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Bid Manager, specifically in social housing and retrofit projects.
* Strong understanding of the tendering process and relevant regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
