Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90-£100 per day
GSL Education are looking for Graduates to work in Secondary Schools based in Haringey, Islington, Enfield, Enfield. This is the perfect job for anyone looking to gain experience before applying for teacher training. I was just checking to see if you are available and interested in the below role:
Job Responsibilities:
Classroom Support: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons by providing one-on-one or small group support to students. This may include helping students with assignments, clarifying instructions,
and ensuring they stay on task.
Student Supervision: Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and transitions to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment. Address behavioral issues and report any concerns to the teacher or school administration.
Resource Preparation: Help prepare teaching materials, including photocopying worksheets, organizing instructional materials, and setting up equipment for lessons. Ensure that all necessary resources are readily available for the teacher and students.
Individualized Support: Work with students who have special educational needs or require additional assistance. Implement strategies and accommodations outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to help these students succeed academically and socially.
Assessment and Feedback: Assist in grading assignments and providing constructive feedback to students. Collaborate with the teacher to track student progress and maintain records of grades and performance to support ongoing assessment and reporting.
Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive classroom atmosphere by implementing behavior management techniques and supporting the teacher in maintaining discipline and order. Encourage positive behavior and reinforce classroom rules consistently.

In order to work in the school, we will need you to be fully compliant. This includes:
DBS on Update Service is a must
Hold a degree at 2:2 or higher or above
References
Proof of right to work
Proof of national insurance
Proof of address (dated within the last three months)
