You are a Registered Nurse and educated to degree level or equivalent in experience in a health or social care and can evidence professional development and updating of clinical skills because your professional practice aligns with your professionalism as a lifelong learner. You are a strong influencer with a passion for educating others and supporting professional development and evidence-based practice.
You have a strong focus on a person-centred approach to care delivery and are a confident communicator who creates professional and credible relationships at all levels, working collaboratively to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.
You have the ability to work as an integral member of the team,
however also work as an independent practitioner and subject matter expert.
This role is flexible on location within a specific region and working hours to meet the needs of the people you will be supporting. The ability to travel across a region of the UK is required therefore must hold a full UK driving licence.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
