Head of Sales - Europe - EV Charging - Hybrid WFH - £65k (£80k OTE)
One of our key clients specialising in the EV Charging sector is hiring a Head of Sales to manage the UK & Parts of Europe.
The ideal applicant will have experience in managing teams of sales staff along with experience in Energy / EV Charging.
Role: Head of Sales
Location: London
Hybrid WFH: Varied
Salary: £60k (Negotiable)
OTE: £80k (Uncapped Commission)
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a strong track record in the technology or automotive sector, preferably in EV charging or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive business development.
- Solid knowledge of the UK EV market, including regulatory frameworks and trends.
- Technical understanding of EV Chargers and related technologies.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the ODM/White-label client base and increase revenue.
- Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with existing ODM clients.
- Expand the market presence of the brand and achieve revenue targets through strong client engagement.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, including commercial partners, municipalities, and electric vehicle fleet operators.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop a deep understanding of EV charging solutions and market needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting to the management team.
