We are currently partnering with a high-achieving South London secondary school to recruit an outstanding Geography Teacher to join their dedicated department.

About the Role :
- Deliver engaging and stimulating Geography lessons across the curriculum (Years 7-11)
- Foster a deep understanding of geographical concepts, issues, and the ability to analyze spatial data
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential
- Develop students' critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills through Geography
- Effectively prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum
- Potentially lead or participate in enrichment activities related to Geography (e.g., fieldwork trips, guest lectures, geography clubs)
The Ideal Candidate :
- Qualified Geography Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience
- A proven track record of raising student achievement and fostering a love of Geography
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to keep up-to-date with current geographical issues and advancements
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate fieldwork and real-world applications
- A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and supportive learning environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
