Human Capital Management, Learning & Development, Vice President, London HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TEAM

The Learning & Development team in HCM oversees learning and development initiatives and programming for the firm.





We educate our people on our culture, develop new and experienced managers and leaders, build the skills for creating inclusive environments, orient new hires, help people design their career paths, and provide opportunities for technical skill development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contribute to shaping the region's overall learning strategy
- Build trusted relationships with HCM colleagues to understand and prioritize evolving development needs across businesses and regions
- Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies
- Partner with global and regional colleagues to design, deliver and measure impact of firmwide learning programs to ensure they offer the best solutions for stakeholders






- Serve as a core team member for a variety of initiatives and take a hands-on approach with project management
- Oversee and manage junior colleagues within the learning & development team

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience, 3-5 years within a learning & development role
- Experience working with and developing programming for high potential leaders and managers
- Organizational psychology background desirable
- Ability to teach a variety of leadership topics
- Excellent project management and execution skills; strong detail orientation; strong analytical skills
- Experience in overseeing multifaceted initiatives and working on a global team






- Problem solver with ability to diagnose problems and develop innovative approaches to deliver learning solutions
- Excellentmunication skills; experience in formal / informal presentation and facilitation
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Group facilitation and consultative skills
- Experience and expertise desigining learning offerings workshops
- Excellent relationship-building skills and demonstrated client service focus
- Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy and excellence
- Strongmercial orientation and good understanding of the firm's business
- A strong growth mindset and consistent focus on self-improvement
