Community Premises Officer needed in South East London Paying £25.06 per hr ref 1285416

Full time hours on a temporary basis

To provide expert quality assessment of repairs and maintenance works to community premises and tenants and residents’ association (TRA) halls through use of specialist skills and knowledge, to deliver technical support and contract management of the repairs and maintenance contract.

To prepare, monitor and control the operational effectiveness, financial management and effective governance arrangements of TRA halls and to mitigate risks to the council and support continuous service improvement across all community premises.
