Job Summary
The Clinical Lead is accountable to the Clinical Director, working with the Operational Service Manager and Matron for :
- Providing clinical leadership within the clinical service
- To work collaboratively within the management structure of the Directorate
- Monitoring the quality and safety of activities and proposing actions to address any concerns.
- Planning and delivery of efficient, cost-effective clinical services within resources available
- Promoting and leading innovation and improvements in clinical productivity
- Ensuring effective communication between the speciality and the Directorate and Divisional Teams
Delivery of research and development, teaching and training
