The firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to become an integral part of their organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling a diverse range of complex civil litigation cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and contract disputes.
- Independently managing a caseload, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with third parties,
such as courts, barristers, and solicitors, to ensure effective case management.
- Supervising and providing guidance to junior staff members.
The ideal Civil Litigation Solicitor will possess the following qualifications and attributes :
- Qualified as a Solicitor in the UK, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Extensive experience in civil litigation, showcasing a deep understanding of the field.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
