We are looking for a Head of Proposition someone who has a passion for improving the overall customer experience and driving innovation in the public transport sector.

So, what will you be letting yourself in for we hear you ask!?

You will lead our efforts in enhancing the Customer Value Proposition, improving the overall customer experience (on and off the bus), and being the key sponsor for our digital products (Web / App).

All of this to a achieve our ultimate goals of increasing our Customer Net Promotor Score (NPS), increasing the proportion of our customers using digital channels and driving organic growth in customers using our bus services.







It’s definitely a sleeves up’ role offering the opportunity to Develop and maintain our target customer journeys for the on bus’ and off-bus’ experience, identifying key pain points and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

You’ll own set of group work-streams to improve our customer proposition, working with stakeholders both in central group and collaboration with teams across 18 regional businesses.

Stakeholder management is key, you’ll be working collaboratively with various teams internally and externally to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to support organic growth objectives across Stagecoach.

There’s just a couple of must-haves’ from our perspective

You’ll need to have experience and be able to demonstrate success in leading the end-to-end development of innovative propositions and products, taking these from market research and ideation to launch, and post launch analysis ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

You need to have a strategic mindset, be results orientated,





and have excellent analytical skills. Being proficient in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights are also key.

You will need to have strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams across a metrix and the ability to communicate effectively to collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels across Stagecoach.
