Job description
Our valued Telecommunications client is actively seeking a Junior Bilingual Systems Analyst to maintain data integrity and enhancements with SuccessFactors.
Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, fully remote across Canada (working EST hours).
Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business requests into formal business requirements and guide them through the agile project phases to delivery.
- Ensure our HR system (core HR, pay, benefits, and time) is configured in compliance with legislation, collective agreements, internal policies, and best practices.
- Support daily payroll and time management operations, including issue and escalation management, reporting, analysis,
and resolution of issues.
- Conduct quality testing in our test and production environments, supporting all changes within your portfolio.
- Manage your relationship with our customers and act as the primary contact for their requests.
- Foster strong relationships within the HR community and represent HR Operations in meetings, both internally and with external vendor partners.
- Act as an HRIS subject matter expert and perform systems analysis, offering recommendations that drive strategic solutions.
Must-Have
- 2+ years of systems analyst delivery experience with Employee Central Payroll, ECC
- Experience with SuccessFactors
Nice-to-Have
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Working knowledge in an HR environment supporting HR programs, policies and related processes
