Role : Service Reception Manager

Location : Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cambridge

Hours : 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Salary : Competitive and with a bonus and OTE scheme in place

Bonus schemes : Customer satisfaction and team performance bonus schemes

The role

Marshall Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Service Reception Manager to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Cambridge.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills to drive performance on our service reception.

What will I do on a daily basis?

- Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors






- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
- Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives

What experience do I need?

- Ideally you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
- Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times
- Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
- Proactive mind set
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
