Are you a passionate and qualified Business Teacher seeking a temporary role with the potential to become permanent? We are partnering with a well-established Catholic secondary school in Hillingdon to recruit a dynamic educator to join their thriving Business department.

About the Role :
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to the continued success of the Business curriculum.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and stimulating Business lessons across the curriculum, catering to students from Years 7 to 11 (GCSE).
Key Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Delivery :
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and challenging Business lessons, fostering a love of learning and equipping students with valuable business knowledge and skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
- Integrate current business trends and real-world applications into your lessons.
- Effectively prepare students for GCSE examinations.
- Student Progress :
- Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure students achieve their academic goals.
- Utilize a variety of assessment strategies to inform teaching and learning.
- Enrichment Activities (Optional) :
- Contribute to and potentially lead enrichment activities related to Business (e.g., guest lectures, industry visits, business simulation games).
- Foster a love of learning and encourage students to explore their business interests beyond the curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Qualified Business Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience (recent ECTs welcome).
- A strong passion for Business and a demonstrable track record of raising student achievement.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to keep up-to-date with current business trends and developments.
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school (desirable but not mandatory).
