Corporate M&A; Lawyer (Energy & Infrastructure Focus)
London £110,000 - £130,000
My client are a top tier international law firm who are looking to add a corporate M&A; lawyer to their highly regarded energy / infrastructure practice in London.
With offices across Europe, Middle East and APAC this law firm are able to offer high quality cross border transactional team advises on a full spectrum of energy (oil & gas, solar, wind, hydrogen etc) & infrastructure matters including construction / project documents, financing, M&A; and this particular role, you will ideally be a 5+ PQE corporate / M&A; lawyer with strong experience in the energy & infrastructure sectors.
