They consult, develop,
and execute sales and marketing campaigns across Watford, London, and the surrounding areas. ( You’ll need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the UK to be considered).
With comprehensive on-the-job training provided, this position offers a unique opportunity for rapid growth from entry-level to management within our expanding company.
Success in this role requires these key attributes : Confident speaking to stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills A great team player who is capable of flying solo A strong work ethic A lead-by-example attitude The first few months will be very intense, you will need to be able to learn and retain a lot of information, ensuring you have strong product knowledge and can represent clients with complete confidence and professionalism.
Initially, this will be an entry-level sales and marketing role, mastering the basics of sales, marketing, customer service, and team leadership.
You will then take on more responsibility,
motivating and managing a small team, conducting training, and ensuring all KPIs are met.
Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise we make is that no two days are alike.
