It is an exciting time to join the University of Manchester during our bicentenary year, following the appointment of our new Executive Director of People, Eleanor Morrissey, and our President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Duncan Ivison as we create our ambitious new strategy, Manchester 2035!
We are seeking to recruit 4 new Directors within People team, one being a Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition, to strengthen the leadership function within our Directorate and help deliver a People Strategy that enables us to achieve our strategic goals.
As Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition, you’ll shape and innovate reward strategies, benefits offerings, and remuneration decisions to attract and retain world-class talent.
You will also oversee pensions, ensure pay equality, and champion a high-performance culture. As part of one of the UK's largest higher education institutions, you’ll influence sector-wide initiatives while working within a diverse global community.
