Job description
Quality Manager
CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Manager, to join a chemicals company based in Leamington Spa, on a full time, permanent basis offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum.
The Company :
Our client is lead chemicals company.
Location :
The site is based in Leamington Spa and is commutable from Birmingham, Rushden and Coventry.
The Role :
Main duties and responsibilities :
- Identification and delivery of all relevant control systems as detailed in the Management System.
- To Manage your team of direct reports ensuring that performance is monitored and succession planning is present.
- To supervise quality control & sampling activities.
- To produce professional written communications,
reports and minutes for the site as required.
- Management and maintenance of onsite laboratory and equipment.
- Management of 3rd party testing required to meet contractual / legal requirements.
Qualifications, skills and experience :
- Implemented systems and process to support a QMS.
- High Level qualification (e.g. HND) or above Environmental or Science related preferred.
- Full driving licence.
- A good understanding of Compliance.
- Good communication, negotiation, influencing and coaching skills.
