Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced Senior International Client Development Manager to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients at their London office.
This role presents the ideal candidate with an incredible opportunity to lead the Client Development team in our clients London office, working closely with firm lawyers, leadership, and the rest of the Client Development team to develop outstanding presentations, pitches, and other business development initiatives.
The essential responsibilities of the position will include :
- Manage the proposal pipeline including scheduling, drafting, and amending proposal documents.
- Write and edit capability statements,
case studies and biographies.
- Prepare, maintain, and track proposal records.
- Gather pitch feedback and provide post-pitch analysis.
- Managing and develop content for the firm's proposal generator system.
- Promote best practice and use of proposal generator system.
- Act as advisor to partnership by communicating trends.
- Work closely with the Client Development teams in the Middle East and Asia to ensure alignment across the international offices.
- Work with the Client Development team to identify client targets, develop relevant research and execute plans to acquire new business.
- Assist on regional submissions to directories, international surveys, awards, and publications.
- Be responsible for overseeing BD expenditure for the London and Brussels office, including management of yearly budgets and approval processes.
