Wayman Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Science teacher to join a fantastic school in Enfield, starting in April.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum
- Inspire a love for Science among students by creating interactive and hands-on learning experiences
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Monitor and manage student behaviour in and outside of the classroom
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Stay abreast of current educational trends and best practices in Science teaching
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in Science or a related field
- Proven experience teaching Science at the primary or secondary level
- Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- A commitment to continuous professional development
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced school environment
