Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving transformation in finance, HR, and procurement? We're seeking a dynamic Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join our team.
This client-facing role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects across a broad spectrum of public sector clients, with most work currently being delivered remotely.
- Manage and lead client engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in finance transformation and related disciplines within the team and broader engagements.
- Own and deliver high-quality, efficient, and profitable projects.
- Drive business development efforts,
crafting compelling proposals and securing new engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to thought leadership, practice management, and risk management initiatives.
- Foster team motivation, development, and knowledge sharing.
- Extensive experience in back office transformation, including finance, people, and change management, operating model design, and shared services implementation.
- Proven track record of leading high-value engagements and working with senior public sector officials or C-Suite executives.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering their professional growth.
- A robust cross-service line network to leverage comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Understanding of public sector requirements,
such as Green Book business cases and capital / resource funding.
- Awareness of intelligent automation and business intelligence tools.
- Formal qualifications relevant to finance, such as being a chartered accountant.
