Science Teacher Camden Secondary School September 2024
Role : Science Teacher
Salary : Inner London MPS / UPS (£36,745 - £56,959)
Contract : Full time, Permanent
Location : London Borough of Camden
Start Date : September 2024
We are looking for a Science Teacher who can bring commitment and expertise to our curriculum offer, supporting and teaching students across all Key Stages.
You would be supported in your professional development, whatever your stage of teaching career.
The Science Department is well established and has a track record of strong attainment, especially for the 30% of students who take three separate Sciences at GCSE.
The team is cohesive and strongly committed to the school.
All teachers are able to teach General Science at Key Stage 3, as well as their own specialism at Key Stage 4 to triple or combined Science groups.
The successful candidate will be :
- A highly motivated and inspirational classroom practitioner with excellent subject knowledge
- Committed to maximising pupil progress through setting high standards and by delivering effective teaching and learning
- Able to motivate, lead, support, and challenge students to be successful
