The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer to join this top 40 City of London law firm.
- Within this role you will be;
- Assisting with developing and maintaining client relationships and growing the CRI practice.
- Drafting and managing documents and supervising junior team members.
- Assisting the team with all stages of contentious insolvency matters including general case management.
- Providing advice on restructuring and enforcement options to directors, companies,
lenders and other stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 2-4 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
