The Role :
You will join a National Commercial team in the firm's Leeds office.
You will gain experience working on a full range of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on work such as :
- Commercial contracts
- Technology
- Data protection
- Intellectual property
- Competition, energy work and public projects
This firm acts for exciting clientele in sectors such as; technology, media, retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance, transport and logistics,
and manufacturing.
Additionally, there is involvement in the public sector, serving universities, NHS bodies, police forces, and local authorities.

Requirements :
- As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Senior Associate 5+ PQE
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Capacity to independently take initiative and collaborate effectively as a member of the commercial team, providing support to both senior and junior colleagues, and contributing to larger projects across the entire firm
