The Candidate :
- NQ 4 PQE UK Qualified Associate with strong background in tax law
- Excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations, and a genuine interest in developing their expertise in this field.
The Role :
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of sophisticated tax matters,
including international tax planning, cross-border transactions, and tax controversy matters.
- They will collaborate with partners and other team members to provide strategic tax advice to clients, conduct legal research, and assist in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
