The Role :
This London-based firm are looking for a Family Solicitor 2-4 PQE to join them in their Battersea office.
The practice can provide the successful candidate with plenty of regular work, but a candidate with an existing following would be at an advantage.
There is no upper limit on experience. The firm would be happy to look at anyone with a portable practice.
Due to growth within their London office, there is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join this ambitious team. There is a clear opportunity for a rise to Partner level as the firm continues to develop and take on more staff.
You will be following the strategy of the firm and the national head, as well as undertaking Family matters within :
- Divorce,
dissolution, separation and financial orders
- The valuation and treatment of businesses and inheritances
- Cohabitation agreements
- Cohabitation breakdown
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Arrangements for children on the breakdown of a relationship
- Child maintenance and financial provision for children
- International family cases
Requirements :
- You will be an existing Family Associate with 2-4 years PQE
- Able to manage a busy case load and work as part of a team
- A following is desirable, but not essential
