The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Real Estate Planning Lawyer to join this top 10 City of London law firm.
Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement, you will be working on complex international matters
You will be directly supporting the partners in the Planning practice advising on planning for major developments, including initial strategies and application review, statutory review, statutory agreements, CIL, call ins and judicial review.
The role will include working closely with colleagues across the firm, including in the wider Real Estate and Energy teams.
The team also act for some of the largest investors, developers, occupiers and land owners.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified solicitor with 6+ years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
