The Role
- The International Corporate Group offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A; (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity / venture capital, and joint ventures
- The team offers the full remit of corporate expertise to a wide range of clients from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.
- You will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A; (public and private) but also with an opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Lawyer with 4-6 years PQE, with excellent technical knowledge
- It is important to be a team player due to the collaborative nature of the team.
- The firm looks for strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for the practice area.
