As the role progresses you will develop your case-load into more of a mixed-bag’ of Personal Injury files, there will also be the opportunity to handle Medical Negligence files.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting thorough case assessments and providing expert legal advice
- Managing a caseload of spinal injury claims with diligence and empathy
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court as required
- Collaborating with medical professionals and other experts to build compelling cases
- Ensuring all legal activities comply with regulatory standards
Essential Skills & Experience :
- N-2 years PQE within personal injury law qualified as a solicitor or legal executive
- Proven track record of handling PI files it would be advantageous to have spinal injury experience.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Excellent client care and communication abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
