About the Role :
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a stimulating learning environment for children aged 7-8 years old.
Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils, assessing students’ abilities, and ensuring they reach key educational milestones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan,
prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Assess and record each child’s progress and provide feedback to foster a positive growth mindset.
- Manage pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.

Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and the ability to create dynamic lessons.
- Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities.
