In this leadership role, you will :

- Spark a love of languages : Play a key role in developing and implementing engaging language learning programs that ignite a passion for languages in students.
- Drive improvement : Oversee assessment and data analysis, utilizing results to continuously improve the effectiveness of the MFL program.

We're seeking an exceptional leader with :

- A strong academic background in a Modern Foreign Language and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Extensive successful teaching experience at the secondary level, with proven leadership qualities in a school setting (preferably as a Head of Department).
- A demonstrable passion for languages and a commitment to fostering a love of language learning in students.






- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A strategic mind with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
