Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health challenges?
We’re seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team of SEN Learning Support Assistants in Tooting Bec (SW17) for a complex SEMH school.
About the Role : As an integral part of our team, you’ll be supporting students in a dynamic SEMH school environment. Your role will involve providing one-on-one assistance, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere,
and contributing to the overall well-being and progress of our students.
What We’re Looking For :
Previous experience as a youth worker is highly desirable.
Bonus points if you have hands-on experience dealing with challenging behavior.
A genuine passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs.
Your Role :
Supportive Assistance : Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them navigate challenges and ensuring a positive learning experience.
Inclusive Atmosphere : Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
