About the Role : As a Drama Teacher, you will have the opportunity to lead dynamic and enriching drama lessons, contribute to exciting school productions,
and support students in exploring their talents and creativity.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can motivate students, collaborate with colleagues, and make a positive impact on the school community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and materials.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to school productions and extra-curricular activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
Qualifications :
- Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama education.
- Proven experience in delivering effective drama lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
