As an RE ECT,

- Creating a safe and inclusive space where students can explore religious themes and ask questions freely.
- Developing engaging and effective teaching materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborating with experienced colleagues to continuously improve the RE curriculum.
- Supporting students in their academic and personal development.
