Your Role as a Communications and Marketing Assistant :
As a Communications and Marketing Assistant , you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Sales Support : Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing materials that drive customer interest and sales engagement.
- Content Development :
Create persuasive content for various platforms, including brochures, social media, email campaigns, and presentations, highlighting our renewable energy solutions.
- Customer Engagement : Assist in executing face-to-face sales strategies, engaging potential customers directly to promote our energy products and services.
- Event Coordination : Support the planning and execution of promotional events and community outreach activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Market Research : Conduct research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies that align with sales goals.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of efforts towards achieving sales targets.
- Training Participation : Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of our products and sales techniques.
Qualifications :
- Education : A-levels or equivalent qualifications are required; a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory. A passion for promoting sustainability is essential.
- Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Creativity : Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive sales.
- Motivation :
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn and grow within the sales and marketing field.
- Proficiency : Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus; basic computer skills are required.
Additional Requirements :
- Right to Work : Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visa holders).
- Application Timeline : Must not have applied to Aim in the past 30 days.
Salary Range :
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum (base salary)
