Are you a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with a knack for finding top talent and fluency in German?

Join Talent is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global remote team. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates for our clients early careers programs.

Please note this is a fully remote role, location in the UK or Germany is not essential. This opportunity will start on the 8th November, until February 2025 currently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute effective early careers recruitment strategies, including university partnerships, campus events, and online outreach.






- Actively source and attract top talent from universities and other relevant institutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in early careers recruitment.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in hiring into the German market.
- Fluency in German.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for developing early careers talent.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
- Exceptional sourcing skills and a keen interest in early careers hiring.
