Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal Practice in South-East London
Focus on Medicine and Professional Development
Location : South-East London
Salary : £60,000 - £70,000+ DOE

Working at an proudly owned independent practice, they support your interests in medicine through further training, CPD, or certifications, helping you advance in the areas you're most passionate about.
What's On Offer :
- Flexible Working : A 4-day work week with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8.30am-1pm), no sole charge, and no nights, Sundays, or bank holidays.
- Balanced Schedule : 15-minute appointments with every fourth slot blocked off for catch-ups and admin.
- Supportive Team : Work alongside a talented and long-standing nursing team that includes 7 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 1 VCA.

About You :
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Ability to deliver high-quality care to patients and clients
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Experience supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- Commitment to maintaining progressive clinical standards and fostering a positive work culture
