T9-Specialist, a dynamic marketing and events firm based in the heart of Manchester, is seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Associate (Entry Level) to join our expanding team.

Specializing in face-to-face event marketing, we primarily work with non-profit organizations and commercial clients to create engaging sales campaigns that build lasting customer relationships.

This role offers hands-on experience in marketing and sales while providing ample growth opportunities.

About the Role :

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate , you’ll play a crucial role in our event-based marketing campaigns, interacting with potential customers face-to-face to promote our clients’ causes and products.







You’ll work at various events across Manchester, driving brand awareness and converting customer engagement into actionable sales.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their marketing and sales skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Event-Based Sales : Engage with potential customers directly at events, promoting client brands and services with enthusiasm and a focus on driving sales.
- Customer Engagement : Establish meaningful, face-to-face interactions with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with client goals.
- Event Participation : Attend and actively contribute to various events across Manchester, such as product launches, awareness campaigns, and fundraising activations, ensuring maximum customer reach.
- Sales Support : Assist in setting up and managing event spaces, creating an attractive and engaging environment that encourages customer participation.
- Client Representation :





Act as a brand ambassador for our clients, effectively communicating their mission and value propositions, building customer loyalty, and driving sales conversions.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and report sales performance and customer feedback, contributing to strategy sessions aimed at optimizing future campaigns.
- Skill Development : Engage in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product knowledge, ensuring you stay ahead in a competitive field.

Requirements :

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Please note, this role involves face-to-face sales, not digital marketing.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.






- Availability for full-time work, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with people and achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
