EYFSTeacher Responsibilities
Plan anddeliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirementsof the EYFS curriculum
Foster a nurturing andinclusive classroom environment that encourages students social andemotional development
Provide individualizedsupport to students based on their unique needs andabilities
Collaborate with other educators andprofessionals to develop and implement effective teachingstrategies
Assess and monitor students progressproviding regular feedback to students parents andcolleagues
Maintain accurate and uptodaterecords of students achievements and behaviour
Communicate effectively with students parents and colleaguesensuring a strong partnership between home andschool
EYFS Teacherrequirements :
QTS EYTS PGCE andstrong academic record
Bachelors degree inEducation with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) orequivalent
Indepth knowledge and understandingof the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment foryoung children
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationshipswith students parents and colleagues
Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills with the ability toeffectively plan and deliver lessons
A passionfor education and a commitment to supporting students learning anddevelopment
Flexibility and adaptability to meetthe changing needs of the school andstudents
