Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraints *Create promotional materials to utilize *Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry *Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go *Book travel needs (airline, car rental,
hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket / event sales, etc ) *Effectively communicate with clients pre / post travel *Promptly respond to all travel inquires *Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and / or travel for clients Requirements : No experience needed Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive, high-energy attitude Must be 18 years and over Must have computer / laptop with wifi Attend trainings for future travel Powered by JazzHR
