Unit Nurse Manager

Hourly Rate : £21-£22

36 hours per week, day shifts

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses, providing exceptional care to patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications :

- Registered Nurse qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to make critical decisions






- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care

As a Unit Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include :

- Leading and supervising a team of nurses to ensure a positive and supportive work environment
- Oversight of patient care plans to ensure effective implementation
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Monitoring the unit's budget and resources to ensure efficient use and adherence to regulations
