Our client, a prestigious ‘white shoe’ US firm in London is looking to recruit into its Finance practice at the junior and mid-level ranks.

The firm seeks talented and ambitious associates with strong relevant experience from a highly regarded UK or US Law firm finance practice. Candidates relocating to London with excellent experience at leading firms in Common Law jurisdictions may also be considered.

The practice handles a range of leveraged finance, direct lending, refinancing and distressed financing deals for an enviable borrower and lender client base. The firm encourages associates to take on high levels of responsibility at an early stage of their career,





though also offer a great deal of partner support and friendly team environment.

The firm offers cravath scale salary and bonus as well as the opportunity to get involved with some of the most complex transactions in the market. PQE levels stated above are a guide only and the firm would also consider strong applicants outside of the stated ranges.
