About the Role :
As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant , you will work closely with our experienced marketing team to support and implement a range of promotional and sales activities.
You will be involved in planning events, engaging with customers, and contributing to campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales for our clients.
This position offers a great entry point into the marketing industry, with plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning and career progression.
Responsibilities :
- Event Coordination : Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, ensuring each event runs smoothly and achieves client objectives.
- Customer Interaction : Actively engage with customers at events, providing them with relevant information about our clients’ services and inspiring support through effective face-to-face communication.
- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that maximize sales opportunities during marketing activities and events.
- Promotional Material : Help create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and other promotional content, to effectively convey our clients' messages.
- Data Collection :
Collect customer feedback and data during events, helping to analyse trends and improve future marketing efforts.
- Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis to support the development of successful marketing strategies.
- Training Participation : Engage in professional development sessions to enhance marketing and sales skills, keeping up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Understand that we do not do digital marketing. This role is focused on face-to-face sales and direct engagement with customers during marketing events.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in marketing and sales.
- Previous experience in a marketing or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
