They are now activelyrecruiting for a Vehicle Damager Assessor / VDA Estimator for theirBodyshop in DentonManchester.
MainPurpose ofrole :
Produceinitial and updated estimates as specified by insurers / customersensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out safely tocorrect specification efficiently and that by doing so asatisfactory profit margin can begenerated.

Carryout work in accordance with the manufacturersspecifications.

Youwill ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safetyguidelines; for example wearing all provided Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean andtidy
TechnicalJobKnowledge :
Thelevel and scope of the Vehicle Damage Assessor will be to maintainthe outcomes of VDA Accreditation Audatex IMI Customer ServicePractitioner Level 2 Level 3 ADAS and IMIAL Level 3 Hybrid& ElectricVehicle.
Itis expected that that the job holder will research emergingtechnical knowledge and automotive developments that may be presentwithin present and future vehicles that may affect the repairfollowing accident damage.
This may involve consequential formaltraining distance or remotetraining.
Aminimum of 3 years VDA experience is preferred and candidates musthold a full and valid drivinglicence
