Your Role as a Sales Executive :
As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Customer Engagement : Actively seek out potential customers in your area, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our renewable energy solutions.
- Product Presentation :
Conduct face-to-face presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our energy products, helping customers understand how they can save money while being environmentally friendly.
- Sales Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective sales techniques, managing leads, and following up with prospects.
- Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Education : GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are required; A-Levels or a college diploma is preferred.
- Experience :
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not essential. A strong willingness to learn and adapt is vital.
- Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Motivation : Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Flexibility : Willingness to travel within your assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Additional Requirements :
- Right to Work : Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visa holders).
- Application Timeline : Must not have applied to Aim in the past 30 days.
Salary Range :
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (base salary)
+ commission (OTE £40,000 - £50,000)
