Commercial and Construction Senior Legal Counsel - In House
We're looking for a senior legal counsel with generalist commercial contracts and construction law experience to support our client for 9 - 12 months.
This will be a maternity cover, starting as soon as possible. Your role will include :
- Overseeing the legal function across the EMEA region independently
- Acting as Head of Legal to support new data centre construction projects working with a construction lawyer
- Supporting land acquisition projects
- General commercial matters
- Managing legal spend
- Real estate finance
- Finance agreements
- Supporting in-house paralegal and delegating work
Ideally you'll have a strong background in commercial contracts,
and previous experience with a range of construction matters.
Previous experience of data centres would be beneficial.
This assignment will be full time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected run for 9 - 12 months.
